I was just wondering on the times when Vito came home…Sonny was always for it, Vishal was a little scared but when I explained him all about labs, he was fine, Pravin Gadikota was like NO!!!!, Vishnu was super excited and being eccentric that he is, like me wanted 2!! Then comes my most interesting man! Mr. Vadlakonda. He had a bad experience with a stray dog back home in India, which left a little mark on his face..The first time I heard It I went oh yeah sad story, and then I go how old were you at the time? he goes around 6 monsths!!!!!!!! I said dude…for all you know it might not have been a dog at all..since there was no witness to the incident, everyone was guessing there! May be P was trying to pull the dogs tail ;). He freaked out knowing we would be having a doggie, and as days went by he has gotten better! Better still he has become the guy watching over my little one while I am gone. Punnu tells me, my li’l brat obeys only Praveen now and no one else..Interesting turn around..Kudos to P on that 🙂
The latest update I hear on him, makes me believe the track from Dostana..”Maaka Laadla Bigad Gaya” was written with Vito in mind 🙂 The updates are way to embarrassing to post 😉 So let me leave them out for now.
With these thoughts going on in my head, I decided I cannot wait any longer to meet my li’l one. I started finding reasons to be in Dallas this weekend, and BINGO! What reason did I find, My Beamer’s Registration and Inspection expired on the last day in Feb! Yay!! Now I have a reason to go, but it may not work if I left after work on Friday(Well, finding another reason to leave earlier), as the DMV would be closed for the weekend. So, what do I do? Instead of taking monday off, I decide I’ll start driving on Thursday! Very well! I am very excited at this…Thanks Beamie for presenting me this excellent opportunity and Thanks Laurie(My manager who readily agreed to let me work from home on Friday ;))
